You are going to be surprised how fast the warm weather shows up this year even though it seems like it’s never going to come. And before you know it, women every where will be scrambling for ways to get that bikini body. Here are some things you should be doing yourself to start that spring fitness movement.

At this moment, most of the country is covered with snow. As you would expect, shoveling snow is an amazing workout and can really help you burn body fat quickly. Not only is shoveling a full body exercise, with some minor tweaks, you can turn it into a full blown exercise routine. The key to so you get the most benefit is to make sure you switch from left handed to right handed for each shovel. It will be tough at first, but you will master switching quickly, besides it helps to make sure you burn the most fat.

Then after you finish shoveling, you can do some short intervals by running in the snow. It’s like running on the beach because it’s harder and uses more of your muscle. This is an amazing workout you can use.

The next thing that you can do is start to have fun again. Snow allows you to do a lot great things that you would pay for otherwise. And you can make workout routines that are a blast.

For example, you can get the kids and do jumps. Be try to be really aggressive with your jumps as if you take a spill, you won’t hurt yourself. As you can see, you can really burn fat all the while having a great time with your kids in the snow… while it sill remains.

Lastly, you can warm back up by learning new clean eating recipes and specifically, soups which are very easy to make and learn. Certain soup recipes allow you to make a very tasty meal while also delivering nutrients and protein as well. And since they are hot, you will enjoy them all the more because they will make you feel good after a winter workout.

Do this and when the warm weather starts and you are going to be so much closer to getting that bikini body. All of your friends will then be checking you out wondering how you did it and you can just lay back as you show off what a little hard work is capable of providing.
